RCA has been a great choice for parent-directed home based education since 1992, accepting new student applications any time of the year with families all around California. RCA is flexible in working with special needs students educated at home. There are no mandatory group meetings and minimal quarterly paperwork is required to maintain the integrity of our school. HSLDA membership required.
